Sharing Time and Announcements:

1.      Ken Larson.  It was announced that Ken Larson had a minor heart attack.  A get-well card was circulated.

 

2.      Dennis Keeney.  Dennis Keeney has a new book out about his life and memories of his lifetime growing up in the Midwest.  Contact Dennis if interested in a copy.

 

3.     Thanks to Pete and Sally Peterson.  Special thanks by Wilson to Pete and Sally Peterson for all of their work and serving the birthday cake at the 100th birthday party last week.

 

4.     100 Coins for 100 Years.  Ron Skrdla was presented a certificate for having the closest guess as to the amount of money raised through the “100 Coins for 100 Years” as part of last week’s celebration.

 

Humor.  Provided by Tom Peter

 

Program.  Provided by Paul Lasley, ISU on “Rural-Urban Divide, Who’s Winning”  Paul spoke about the changing demographics in Iowa and its implications to rural and urban communities.

 

Next Week’s Program.  “Alpaca and Fiber Mills,” by Christian Davis, Alpaca Owner
