The Story County Alliance for Philanthropy honored the Kiwanis Clubs of Story County as the Outstanding Group Fundraiser at the 9th Annual Story County Philanthropy Day luncheon and awards ceremony held November 14, 2013.  Ames Golden K was represented by John Johnson and Duane Brodie.  By celebrating an annual Story County Philanthropy Day, the community honors individuals, businesses and organizations that provide essential services to county residents.
